Welcome to A ENTERTAINMENT. By accessing this website, purchasing a subscription, downloading our applications, or viewing our film and media content, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. BUSINESS IDENTITY & SOLE TRADER STATUS
This website, its apps, streaming services, and all associated media production assets are owned and operated solely by Adam James Daniels, trading as A ENTERTAINMENT ("we", "us", or "our"). As a sole trader business operating out of England, all agreements are made directly with Adam James Daniels.
2. CORE BUSINESS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
A ENTERTAINMENT is primarily a film production company dedicated to the creation, production, and distribution of feature films, cinematic entertainment, and applications.
- Ownership: All content hosted on or distributed via this platform-including but not limited to feature films, trailers, behind-the-scenes footage, scripts, audio, graphics, logos, software, and applications is the exclusive intellectual property of Adam James Daniels trading as A ENTERTAINMENT or our licensors.
- Usage Restrictions: Content is provided strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading (outside of authorized app features), duplicating, screen-recording, ripping, redistributing, or publicly broadcasting any of our films or content without explicit written permission.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, AND SQUARESPACE PAYMENTS
We offer access to our streaming features and digital services via recurring monthly subscription tiers.
- Pricing: Subscription rates are subject to change. The current applicable rate will be clearly displayed on our checkout page prior to purchase.
- Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions are billed automatically once a month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same calendar day unless cancelled.
- Payment Processing: All transactions are securely processed through the built-in Squarespace payment system. We accept a variety of major payment cards. We do not directly store your credit card information on our servers; it is handled securely by Squarespace.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You can cancel directly through your user account dashboard on our website, or by emailing a formal cancellation request to aentertainment@myyahoo.com. If you email us, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Following cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Refunds: Due to the instant accessibility of our digital film and streaming content, all monthly subscription payments are non-refundable.
4. STREAMING ACCOUNTS AND PROHIBITED USE
- Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- No Account Sharing: Your subscription is for your personal use only. Sharing your login credentials with others to circumvent paying for subscriptions will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.
- No User Submissions: Users are strictly viewers. You cannot upload content, leave public comments, or modify our digital assets.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (SOLE TRADER PROTECTION)
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, Adam James Daniels trading as A ENTERTAINMENT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website, streaming platform, or apps. We do not guarantee that streaming playback will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every personal device. Our maximum liability to you for any dispute shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for your subscription in the 12 months prior to the dispute.
6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
